Principle Consultant - Jerry Holmes

A Senior Financial Services industry management professional with over 30 years’ experience in global IT Leadership, Programme Delivery, Product Management and Risk Management roles. Experienced in IT product management and service development, having defined and introduced internal service offerings, recharging mechanisms and service catalogues across technology portfolios including cloud services. Overseen the service based recharge and recovery of TCOs in excess of $600m.

 

Extensive supplier management engagement experience having worked with large systems integrators, service and software providers and other third parties. Involvement in all elements of the procurement and management lifecycle from definition of requirements, selection processes, contracting and on-going performance reviews.

 

Certified Operational Risk Management role holder with experience reporting to SMF4, 5 and 24. Excellent communicator with broad experience in chairing senior governance forums and reporting to Board/Executive level and Regulators.


Principle Consultant - Jane Holmes

Fully ITIL certified (Expert and Practitioner) Service Management expert, specialises in the design and implementation of service delivery processes as well as delivering BAU services across the service lifecycle, from both the supplier and customer viewpoint. Thorough understanding of the lifecycle and benefits to be achieved from using these guidelines but always introduced in a pragmatic and realistic way. Consultancy to many sectors in relation to ITSM health checks and improvement plans. Proven trainer with top percentile pass rates across ITIL v2 and v3. Technical author for two ITIL publications.

 

International experience gained supporting 34 markets for a retail sector customer, driving governance and service excellence through performance monitoring and reporting using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow via global matrix managed teams, in and out of SIAM model. Proven experience in developing and implementing service improvement plans to stabilise and enhance BAU services and processes.

 

Proven Service architect ensuring initial and changing requirements for a service are documented and appropriate support models are implemented and maintained to support the service through design, transition, operations, service reporting and improvement.

 

Core team member on recent global infrastructure outsourcer selection with rapid implementation. Tower lead for delivery centres and end user compute. Major contributor to statement of works, service level agreements, process design and corporate communication in support of transition. TUPE and general human resource support to rebadge Associates to ensure continuity of service.

 

Respected and trusted interface between the Client and Technical teams (onshore and offshore.) Resolute about building relationships at all levels, especially in the area of people care.

 

Certified Agile Service Manager, Dev-Ops and CobIT Foundation qualified, and Six Sigma trained.
